Rosamond Martin is an actor, creator, singer and physical performer specialising in devised theatre and contemporary circus and cabaret. She also works as a freelance movement director. Aside from her work with Square Peg, Rosamond is joint Artistic Director of the theatre company You Need Me. She co-founded the company while training at the London International School of Performing Arts.  You Need Me have created and toured three full length shows to date, and a number of smaller work in progress pieces, with support from Arts Council England, Unity Theatre Trust, Newbury Corn Exchange, Battersea Arts Center, Bristol Old Vic and Shoreditch Town Hall.  They continue to develop intimate and beautifully detailed storytelling theatre.

Rosamond originally trained at The Circus Space, London, where she specialised in Flying Trapeze graduating with a BA Hons in Theatre Practice and Circus, and where she is now privileged to teach. Rosamond recently became Associate Director to Square Peg, her role focussing particularly on Dramaturgy and Movement, having co-devised and performed in all their shows since their inception.
