A couple of phone calls and all of a sudden I was on a plane to Edinburgh.
Things certainly do move quickly sometimes.
On Wednesday I visited Rupert Tompson and Pete Searl, respectively the Program director and Technical manager of Summerhall. They took me on a tour of the building and particularly the dissecting room, where I can now confirm we will be performing during the Edinburgh Festival in August.
The room is beautiful and airy with a lovely arched ceiling. Pete has the most wonderful can-do attitude and I’ve got a feeling that whilst our show is technically demanding, the team at Summerhall will make light work of it!
